TJBT Terms & Conditions — The Complete Guide to Using the Platform

These Terms & Conditions apply to the TJBT platform (tjbt.pro) and all its services. By accessing, using, or registering on the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using TJBT.

TJBT reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes take effect, we will notify you via the platform and your registered email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account with TJBT, the following requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately.
• Each individual may hold only one TJBT account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password and login credentials are strictly personal. Do not share them with anyone.
• The account holder is solely responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

TJBT may request a national ID or other documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension.

TJBT supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile payment methods. All payments are processed through secure encryption.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (one hundred taka).
• Maximum Deposit: Up to ৳5,00,000 (five hundred thousand taka) per day.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 5 minutes. If you experience any issues, please contact our support team.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted — payments must come from your own mobile banking account.
• Using TJBT for money laundering or any illegal purpose is a criminal offence. Any suspicious activity of this nature will result in immediate suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities.

TJBT processes all deposits free of charge. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own service fees.

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from TJBT:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Processing Time: Typically 30 minutes to 2 hours. Larger amounts may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a verified mobile banking account.
• To withdraw from bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full.
• In cases of suspicious activity, TJBT reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals pending verification.

TJBT offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members on their first deposit. Can only be claimed once.
• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus carries a specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x). The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until that total wager amount has been placed.
• Bonuses are only usable on designated games at TJBT. Not all games may be eligible for bonus play.
• Bonus validity is generally 7 to 30 days. Any bonus that expires within this period will be automatically cancelled.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false identities will result in permanent account termination.
• TJBT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on TJBT:

• Each game has its own rules, which are displayed before the game begins. By starting a game, you agree to those rules.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Any incorrect result displayed due to a software error or technical issue will be considered void. In such cases, TJBT reserves the right to determine the correct outcome.
• If a Sports Betting event is cancelled or suspended, the outcome of the bet will be determined in accordance with TJBT's established rules.
• TJBT reserves the right to set betting limits. In certain cases, individual betting limits may also be applied.

All jackpots and special prizes are awarded in accordance with TJBT's specific jackpot terms. Jackpot terms and conditions are published separately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the TJBT platform:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or place bets.
• Intentionally exploiting any game glitch or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using TJBT for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting unauthorized access to or hacking of TJBT's systems.
• Collusion — where multiple players cooperate to manipulate or exploit the system.

TJBT may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If identity verification has not been completed or false information is found to have been provided.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• As required by a regulatory authority or court order.

In cases of permanent termination, the balance may not be refunded where there is evidence of a terms violation. However, if the account is terminated due to a technical error, the balance will be returned in full.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting TJBT Support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

TJBT believes betting is meant to be fun, not addictive. That's why we place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Time Limit: Decide in advance how long you plan to play.
